My Own Experience as a Runner
Running along the Brighton & Hove seafront, along the river Adur in my home town of Shoreham by Sea, a gentle jog along the prom to Lancing and back, or lining up on Hove Lawn for the start of the Brighton Half, I know the importance of mindset.
